使用范圍：
用做玻纖和礦物填充PP的界面改性劑：馬來酸酐接枝PP賦予了PP極性和可粘接性，可以大幅度提高PP與玻纖、滑石粉、云母等無機填料的界面結合力，使改性PP的抗張強度、彎曲強度、沖擊強度等明顯提高。
用做PP和含有級性基團樹脂合金的相容劑：馬來酸酐接枝PP可作為PA/PP、PA/PE共混合金的相容劑，改善尼龍的加工性能、抗沖擊性能、降低吸水率、提高制品的尺寸穩定性。
賦予PP涂覆性和噴漆性:改善PP的涂覆性和噴漆性能。
使用方法：
按比例經雙螺桿擠出造粒。
參考配比量：
用戶根據要求和性價比酌情填加。
存儲：
25公斤包裝，存放于通風干燥處，自生產日不超過12個月。

Applications:
SWJ-1B can be used as coupling agent for glass fiber reinforced PP, inorganic filler, and non-halogen flame-retardant wire and cable compounds containing magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)).
SWJ-1B can be used as compatibilizer for PA/PP blends, modifier for high melt flow polypropylene, improving coating and spraying on PP products.
Application method:
Blending by twin screw extruder was suggested
Proposed amount:
The addition levels from 5 to 8%based on the customer requirement.
Package and storage:
25 kg/bag, store in shady, dry and well-ventilated place, avoiding moisture during transportation. The goods store for 12 months from the date of manufacture.
